Sessions and Rates
I offer 55 minute and 85 minute individual and couples sessions. Pricing for each type of session is below. I also offer sliding scale options for clients experiencing economic or financial hardship of various kinds (we'll decide together on a rate based on your situation; let me know during our consultation if this is of interest).
Individual Sessions
- Single sessions: $150 (55 min); $180 (85 min)
- 3 session introductory package: $420
- 8 session package: $960 (includes customized take-home action plan and discounts on workshops and yoga classes)
- Student rate: $120 (for currently enrolled, full-time students)
Couples Sessions
- Single sessions: $180 (55 min); $200 (85 min)
- 3 session introductory package: $480
- 8 session package: $1,080 (includes customized take-home action plan and discounts on workshops and yoga classes)
